A Veteran’s Day Prayer
May God heal our nation. Thank you God for Veterans who helped provide our freedom. May God help those who are struggling today with the election to put a neighbor first, serve another person, to choose love. Please help those who are hurt, fearful, or discouraged to trust in You. I pray for those who may use this election to promote any sinful attitude or opinion that You would also convict them and provide justice for those against whom they sin. Please forgive us of our sins against each other. May you make me an example today of what this should look like lived out in my own community.
