Worldly Love versus God’s Love – a Comparison Chart

In a recent conference with the Center for Biblical Counseling and Discipleship, I was asked to speak on the Husband’s Role in marriage. In that lecture, one of the key ideas is that the husband is to love his wife like Christ loves the church. In that explanation, in our notes, we use the following chart comparing God’s love, which is best known through Jesus, with the world’s love. I want to share that chart with you today.
