What a great blessing to walk alongside you on this blog. As another year ends, I am thankful to have shared this space with you over the previous twelve months. As has been true since its inception, I strive to share wisdom for life in Christ together. Some posts I write simply because I have been captured by a thought from the Bible text or a principle therein, some because I’m intrigued by something in the community, some I share as guests posts because of the quality of what they have written, and others are just personal. However, in each post, my prayer is that it blesses you, provides you something worth thinking about, and helps us all make life in Christ with those around us just a bit more pleasant.

Until last year, I had never provided any means for others to help shoulder the cost of this blog. Instead, my family had been the sole sponsor of the blog. However, the costs for a blog build over time as internet security, delivery systems, storage space, and many other costs grow. The cost of providing a website changes and grows over time like everything else. When talking to a fellow blogger, he suggested I allow those who desire to share the cost of this writing ministry as a patron on Patreon.

Patreon provides an opportunity for you to help support this ministry as sponsors. In addition, your support provides further ministry and podcast options moving forward. There are multiple levels of support as you will see below. Although I have listed benefits for each one according to Patreon’s suggestions, these basically demonstrate my gratitude for your help. At the end of the day, regardless of support level, this provides you an opportunity to help further this work of love for people just like you as we strive to share wisdom for life in Christ together.

Over the past year, a handful of you have faithfully supported the blog and website. My sincerest thank you! Any good that the thousands of readers receive is partially to your credit. Only God knows the extent of the reach of this site; however, I know and appreciate all those who faithfully give.

Recently, I have had a person or two ask about a one-time gift. If you desire to give a one-time gift, Patreon does not provide a way to do that.
